2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled using a Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Card.

3. The offer is valid on online purchases made on the website www.cargillsonline.com and on Cargills Online mobile application only.

4. Offer applicable up to a maximum bill value of Rs.20,000/- per cardholder during the offer period.

5. In the event where the bill value exceeds the eligible value, the bank may charge the excess discount value from the Cardholder on a subsequent date.

6. Maximum discount allowed is Rs.3,000/- per card during the promotion period.

7. Delivery Areas - Colombo District, up to Negombo in Gampaha District, including areas such as Ragama, Kandana, Kiribathgoda & Kadawatha and Panadura up to Walana in Kalutara District.

8. Maximum 5 transactions allowed during the promotion period.

9. Milk Powder, Tobacco, Commodities, and discounted items are excluded from the promotion.

10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

11. The discount will be extended for goods purchased for personal use, therefore purchases in large quantities for commercial purposes will not be allowed.

12. Multiple and split transactions per single customer will not be qualified for the offer.

13. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with Cargills Retail Pvt Limited and any claim by the Cardholder against Cargills Retail Pvt Limited will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

14. Spending made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards Loyalty points.

15. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the terms & conditions applicable for the offer.

17. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
