1. This offer is valid only for Sampath Mastercard and Visa Credit Cardholders (Excluding Sampath Corporate Cards).

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled using a Sampath Mastercard or Visa Credit Card.

3. This offer is valid for the bills over Rs. 10,000/- and maximum discount offered will be limited to Rs. 5,000/- per cardholder per day.

4. The discount will not be applicable for Rice, Milk Powder, Tobacco, Pharmaceuticals, Liquor, Gift Voucher, Utility bill payments, Online Purchases & Hampers.

5. Only one transaction is allowed per cardholder per day.

6. Multiple or Split transactions where the cumulative bill value/s exceeds the eligible Maximum Bill value during the promotion period per single cardholder will not be qualified for the discount.

7. The discount will be extended for goods purchased for personal use, therefore Multiple or Split transactions, purchases in large quantities for commercial purpose will not be allowed.

Maximum Quantities per bill,
• 3Kg or 3 Units from each single item

8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/ services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the merchant and any claim by the Cardholder against the merchant will not relieve the Cardholder from his/ her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

10. The bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions applicable for the offer.

11. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the bank shall be final.
