1. This offer is valid only for Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Cardholders and Sampath Debit Cardholders (Excluding Sampath Corporate Cards).

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled using a Sampath Mastercard Credit, Visa Credit Card or Sampath Debit Card.

3. In order to enjoy the promotion, the total supermarket bill value should exceed Rs.4,000/- (prior to the discount) at all Softlogic Glomark supermarkets and www.glomark.lk during the promotional dates.

4. Maximum discount offered will be limited to Rs.3,000/- per Credit Cardholder and Rs. 2,000/- per Debit Cardholder per day.

5. The offer is not valid for packeted/processed Vegetables, Fruit, Seafood & Meat.

6. Multiple and Split Transactions per single Customer will not be qualified for the offer.

7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers & cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. The discount will be extended for goods purchased for personal use, therefore purchases in large quantities for commercial purpose will not be allowed.
Maximum Quantities per bill,
· Vegetables - 5Kg or 5 units from each item
· Fruits - 5Kg or 5 units from each item
· Seafood - 5Kg or 5 units from each item
· Meat - 5Kg or 5 units from each item

9. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the Partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

10. Spending made under above promotions will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards Loyalty point.

11. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms, Conditions & Regulations applicable for the offer.

12. Sampath Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.

13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
